KFFL AI Picks for Week 7:
Pack Attack (3-3) over PackerFANatic7 (1-5)
Bossman (4-2) over 16hrs Ahead of You!! (3-3)
DaUnderdog (5-1) over Big Papa (3-3)
BIGBOY! (2-4) over Rapids Plungers (3-3)
pack slayer (2-4) over HHH (5-1)
teamAlaska (3-3) over Sportsfreak (1-5)
Starrfavrerodg (3-3) over U Don't Know (4-2)
This might be the toughest week to pick all season. Four of the seven games flip favorites once you account for the lineup moves everybody still has to make, three of them are sitting between 50.1% and 51.4% for the KFFL AI, and one of them is projected to be decided by three hundredths of a point. Week 7 is the halfway point of the regular season, and some of these teams will look very different by Monday night. Also keep an eye on the site tomorrow. The Keepers Fantasy Football League has made their first ever hire!
Pack Attack (3-3) vs PackerFANatic7 (1-5)
The uncle against the nephew! Pack Attack has won two straight to get back to .500, and on paper this looked like the soft spot on the schedule. It looks a lot less soft now. E Egbuka and J Love are both hurt and sitting on the bench, and with B Hall back, B Allen's role is not nearly what it was, so he is projected for just 6.52. L Jackson is questionable again (16.67) and the hope is that he is finally back under center after Pack Attack had to win last week with a 5.31 point waiver quarterback. P Nacua (23.32) is projected highest in this game by a mile and M Golden (12.32) is coming off 22.80 on Sunday night, but this is a thinner lineup than it was a week ago.
PackerFANatic7 is 1-5, has lost four straight and is down to a 2.0% chance at the playoffs. They scored 59.47 last week and played the whole thing with an empty defensive slot. If PackerFANatic7 is ever going to find some life this season, this might be the shot they need? D Prescott (14.65), C Lamb (13.74) and J Warren (12.41) give them something to build around, and if they fill the defensive spot this time they are projected right around 99. This is also one of the closest series in the league. Pack Attack leads it 5-4, and PackerFANatic7 won two of the first three ever played, including 143.60 to 98.89 in 2018.
Prediction:
I don't pick my own games, so this one goes to the KFFL AI, and it likes Pack Attack at 65.7%. The projections have Pack Attack up about 15, P Nacua is the best player on the field, and PackerFANatic7's score has dropped every single week since week 2: 122.66, 117.26, 103.80, 80.46 and 59.47. The case against is all on the injury report: two starters already on the bench, a running back who just lost his job, and a quarterback who has not played in two weeks and has no backup behind him. If L Jackson sits again, this gets a lot closer than anybody on the Pack Attack side would like. The KFFL AI's pick is Pack Attack.
Historical Look at this Match-Up:
- Regular Season Match-ups: 9
- Record: Advantage Pack Attack at 5-4
- PPG Avg: Advantage Pack Attack 110.48 to 101.53
- Current Streak: Pack Attack W1
- Last Meeting: 2025 — Pack Attack 136.39, PackerFANatic7 82.78
Starrfavrerodg (3-3) vs U Don't Know (4-2) — GAME OF THE WEEK
Nothing on the board this week swings more playoff odds than this one. Starrfavrerodg is at 55.9% to make the playoffs with a win and 24.6% with a loss, a 31 point swing for a 3-3 team. U Don't Know goes from 85.5% down to 60.9%. A win puts U Don't Know at 5-2 and in really good shape. A loss and they are 4-3 with two losses in three weeks and a big pack of 3-3 teams right on their heels.
Here is the fun part. Starrfavrerodg's new quarterback is A Rodgers (16.45), who started for Pack Attack back in week 5 and has now landed on the team whose name is literally built around him. J Hurts is no longer on the roster, and K Cousins, who carried them to a win last week with 21.26, is back on the bench at 13.17. C Watson (13.03) and J Waddle (9.67) are both questionable and K Williams (15.78) has been steady all year. J Cook III is on bye.
U Don't Know is without J Allen, on bye, which means P Mahomes (13.50) finally gets to play quarterback instead of sitting on the bench. A St. Brown (15.97) is back and projected second highest in the game. And then there is the tight end situation again. In week 5, I Likely sat on the bench and scored 27.70 in a 4.60 point loss. In week 6, he started and led the team. This week he is back on the bench at 10.00 while G Kittle starts and M Evans (questionable, 4.81) sits in the flex. O Gordon II (9.20) is sitting there too behind C Skattebo (4.44), who scored a zero last week. Starrfavrerodg has won five straight in this series after losing the first two, and the KFFL AI has them at 59.0%.
Prediction: There is a lot going on in this one as mentioned so it really comes down to who do you trust to get you the points needed to win this week. For U Don't Know Kittle and Amon-Ra St. Brown seem like the best bets to have solid games while Watson and Kyren Williams seem the best for Starrfavrerodg. Once you get past those 4 players things get a little more interesting. This feels like a toss up to me but I am going with Starrfavrerodg to find a way to get the win!
Historical Look at this Match-Up:
- Regular Season Match-ups: 7
- Record: Advantage Starrfavrerodg at 5-2
- PPG Avg: Advantage Starrfavrerodg 125.06 to 119.41
- Current Streak: Starrfavrerodg W5
- Last Meeting: 2025 — Starrfavrerodg 121.82, U Don't Know 76.74
16hrs Ahead of You!! (3-3) vs Bossman (4-2)
This is the most lopsided rivalry in the league. Bossman leads it 17-3, the worst record 16hrs has against anybody still in the league, and no series in this league with twenty or more games is more one-sided. 16hrs has beaten Bossman three times in twenty-one years: 2005, 2009 and 2024. Bossman also won both playoff meetings. It is also the second biggest playoff swing of the week, about 28 points of playoff probability either way.
But this might be the best shot 16hrs has had in a while. J Gibbs is back from his bye and projected for 20.13, D Smith (11.92) is expected to finally make it into the lineup after scoring 16.75 on the bench last week, and if they slide D Schultz over to tight end with D Kincaid on bye, 16hrs projects at 117. That is higher than Bossman. C Williams (16.65) looked fine in his return last week too.
Bossman is 63-15 against the field, the best in the league by a distance, and J Burrow (16.38) is back from his bye, which means T Shough, who put up 29.01 last week, goes back to the bench. T Bass and T Hunter are both on bye. J Smith-Njigba (22.31) is projected highest of anybody in this game and plays Sunday night. Yahoo has Bossman at 74%. The KFFL AI has Bossman at 50.1%, the closest game on the board, because the rosters favor 16hrs and twenty years of history favor Bossman and the two cancel each other out almost perfectly.
Prediction: Assuming that 16hrs makes some of those obvious adjustments to the roster I think this might be my favorite game of the week. 16hrs has a really solid team that can compete with some of the best but given what I just mentioned about how Bossman has dominated it is hard not to pick them to win. So I guess I will be a chicken and pick Bossman to win. J Gibbs has traditionally been a little quieter against the Packers so I am going to assume (and hope) that continues. Bossman gets win #5 on the season!
Historical Look at this Match-Up:
- Regular Season Match-ups: 20
- Record: Advantage Bossman at 17-3
- PPG Avg: Advantage Bossman 139.14 to 112.49
- Current Streak: 16hrs L1
- Last Meeting: 2025 — 16hrs 106.07, Bossman 148.85
- Playoff Meetings: 2 (Bossman leads 2-0)
Big Papa (3-3) vs DaUnderdog (5-1)
Grab a seat for this one. Once DaUnderdog fills the hole at receiver, these two are projected 105.42 to 105.39. Three hundredths of a point. And if any two teams in this league were going to do that, it would be these two. Last year DaUnderdog won 151.95 to 151.42. In the 2019 playoffs Big Papa won 115.22 to 114.93. They also played games decided by 0.40 in 2005 and 0.37 in 2006. This series does not do comfortable.
DaUnderdog (5-1) is in first place, has won five straight and is at 95.4% to make the playoffs, but this week hurts. D Adams is on IR with a torn hamstring and is expected to miss six to ten weeks, S Diggs and T Lawrence (33.85 last week) are on bye, and as of Thursday there is a waiver receiver still to be found. B Nix (16.04) is back under center and C McCaffrey (16.51) is projected highest in the game. B Bowers (12.94) is questionable again, and T Warren (8.07) is sitting on the bench while J Ferguson (5.83) starts at tight end.
On the other side, the running joke is officially over. For four weeks C.J. Stroud sat behind J Goff. Then Goff went on bye, Stroud went for 27.57, and now Goff is back and Stroud is still starting (17.36) while Goff (16.84) sits on the bench. B Hall (10.69) and S Barkley (10.84) are both questionable and R White, the Saturday pickup who won them last week's game, is on bye. Big Papa is 3-3 and at 21.1%, and a win over first place would make this race a lot more interesting. The KFFL AI leans DaUnderdog at 54.8%, mostly on history.
Prediction: I expect another close game. Getting B Hall back for Big Papa could be huge given they are up against the lowly Dolphins. I also think Stroud is in for a really nice game and has been surprisingly good this season! CMC is in a nice spot for DaUnderdog and I am expecting Bowers to play and have a nice bounceback type of game. I am trying to process this in my head as I write and hopefully it makes it easier to pick a winner but it doesn't seem to be working so I am going to go with the team that has some of the bigger stars and that's Big Papa. Stroud, J Williams, Barkley coming back, B Hall and C Loveland if they can get these guys going they have a really solid core group! I think it happens this week and they upset the #1 team!
Historical Look at this Match-Up:
- Regular Season Match-ups: 25
- Record: Advantage DaUnderdog at 14-11
- PPG Avg: Advantage DaUnderdog 107.97 to 105.46
- Current Streak: Big Papa L2
- Last Meeting: 2025 — Big Papa 151.42, DaUnderdog 151.95
- Playoff Meetings: 1 (Big Papa leads 1-0)
BIGBOY! (2-4) vs Rapids Plungers (3-3)
Sixteen regular season games and this series is dead even at 8-8. Rapids Plungers outscores BIGBOY! by almost 14 points a game and it has not mattered one bit, and when it really counted it has not been close: BIGBOY! knocked Rapids Plungers out of the playoffs in 2023 and again in 2025, last year 93.30 to 73.49 on the way to the second straight title.
The two-time defending champion is 2-4 with a 14.5% chance at the playoffs, and the three-peat chase is running out of room. But this team looks better this week than it has all season. J Jacobs is back after a six game suspension (9.54), G Bernard (21.35 last week) has emerged as a real option in the flex, and J Jefferson (13.70), though questionable, is projected highest on the team. D Samuel Sr. is out and T Etienne Jr. is on IR, and the defensive spot is still empty, but fill it and BIGBOY! projects at 108.
Rapids Plungers is coming off its first sub-100 week of the season and sits at 51.1%, right on the playoff line. B Robinson (16.80) and B Purdy (16.42) carry the projection and C Olave (13.07) is healthy. Q Johnston and P Washington are both on bye, and Z Charbonnet (questionable, 5.92) is in the flex with RJ Harvey (8.42) on the bench. As posted, Yahoo has Rapids Plungers by two. With the defensive spot filled, the KFFL AI has BIGBOY! at 51.4%. Another coin flip, and about 25 points of playoff probability riding on it.
Prediction: This is the team BIGBOY! probably envisioned at some point with Jacobs now back and everyone seemingly healthy. They are loaded at WR which in this league can really be a separator! No Parker Washington for Rapids Plungers really hurts and I am not sure what the role may be for Charbonnet. I like the reigning champ BIGBOY! to win here and show some signs of life going into the half way point of the season!
Historical Look at this Match-Up:
- Regular Season Match-ups: 16
- Record: Dead even at 8-8
- PPG Avg: Advantage Rapids Plungers 126.61 to 112.82
- Current Streak: BIGBOY! W1
- Last Meeting: 2025 — BIGBOY! 93.3, Rapids Plungers 73.49
- Playoff Meetings: 2 (BIGBOY! leads 2-0)
HHH (5-1) vs pack slayer (2-4)
HHH has won five straight, scored 157.67 last week and went 13-0 against the field, which should finally shut everybody up about the luck. For a week anyway! pack slayer is still the team that cannot catch a break, 48-30 against the field and 2-4, and they lost by five last week with a zero at tight end. These two have been about as even as it gets. HHH leads the series 8-7, pack slayer scores a little more per game, and pack slayer won the only playoff meeting back in 2019.
HHH has a quarterback problem waiting to happen. J Love (17.10) is questionable, and the only other quarterback on the roster is J Herbert, who is on bye. If Love sits, HHH is on the waiver wire Sunday morning. Now of course I don't expect that to happen but "what if" and also B Tuten and B Thomas Jr. are on bye too, but J Chase (14.86) and T McBride (13.18) give them two of the better players on the field. J Bates (9.73) is also on the bench while H Butker (8.52) kicks.
pack slayer gets K Walker III (14.95) after his 28.08 last week, N Collins (13.26), M Stafford (16.62) and D Swift (12.15) on Thursday night. J Johnson is still the starting tight end after that zero, with T Higbee (7.65) on the bench, and the defensive spot needs to be filled. Fill it and pack slayer is projected 111.93 to 109.72, and the KFFL AI has them at 50.4%. A 2-4 team as the favorite against a 5-1 team? That pretty much sums up both of these seasons.
Prediction: Love and Stafford are two of my favorite QB's from a points scored perspective this week so those two feel really even. HHH having to start Perine is tough but I do really like DeMario Douglas as a sleeper in tonight's Thursday night game. So here is how I see it. Nabers / Chase / Love and McBride are going to score 80+ which means the rest of the team just has to be serviceable and I actually do like Hubbard this week as well. Collins is in for a big game against the Giants and K Walker against his former team is interesting but I expect HHH to find a way to win this one and keep their season rolling!
Historical Look at this Match-Up:
- Regular Season Match-ups: 15
- Record: Advantage HHH at 8-7
- PPG Avg: Advantage pack slayer 113.67 to 110.89
- Current Streak: HHH W2
- Last Meeting: 2025 — HHH 148.56, pack slayer 119.25
- Playoff Meetings: 1 (pack slayer leads 1-0)
Sportsfreak (1-5) vs teamAlaska (3-3)
Sportsfreak owns this series. 16-5, the best record Sportsfreak has against anybody in this league and the worst teamAlaska has against anybody. But teamAlaska won the last meeting 109.91 to 76.23 and won the only playoff meeting, all the way back in 2008.
Sportsfreak (1-5) is at 2.6% and lost T McLaurin for the season last week, so this is pretty much must-win from here on out. J Daniels and O Hampton are both on bye, which puts B Young (15.44) back at quarterback with C Brown (12.18) and T McMillan (11.23) doing the heavy lifting.
teamAlaska's lineup needs some work before Sunday. As of Thursday, K Monangai is ruled out and still sitting in the starting lineup, after two straight zeros, while A.J. Brown (11.04), S LaPorta (9.98) and J Addison (7.68) are all sitting on the bench. As posted, Yahoo has Sportsfreak at 65%. Make the obvious moves and teamAlaska projects at 101.39 to 97.07, and the KFFL AI has teamAlaska at 54.3%. D Maye (16.72) and Z Flowers (13.45) lead the way, and A.J. Brown plays Thursday night, so this lineup needs to be set soon.
Prediction: As mentioned, the drama here might actually be if teamAlaska adjusts his roster. Don't worry Sportsfreak I won't be sending a text and we may find out if they read these previews or not? I am going to assume he makes some changes here but even if he doesn't the sad part for Sportsfreak is that this still may be close. I am going to go with teamAlaska to adjust that roster and win thanks to a big game from Drake Maye tonight!
Historical Look at this Match-Up:
- Regular Season Match-ups: 21
- Record: Advantage Sportsfreak at 16-5
- PPG Avg: Advantage Sportsfreak 123.12 to 106.50
- Current Streak: Sportsfreak L1
- Last Meeting: 2025 — Sportsfreak 76.23, teamAlaska 109.91
- Playoff Meetings: 1 (teamAlaska leads 1-0)
